The name ” Half Past 6″ refers to where all of us as Christians are, on our spiritual walk with Christ. In religious circles, the number 7 was associated with perfection or heaven, while the number 6 was associated with sin or evil.

Half Past 6 defines where we are on our walk. Striving for that perfection, but realizing we are not there yet.

Through Christ, we know we have salvation, but much like the hands on a clock we are ticking away at life, hoping to one day enjoy that heavenly perfection.
